Greyson Michael Chance atau lebih dikenal dengan Greyson Chance lahir pada tanggal 16 Agustus 1997 di Wichita Falls, Texas. Tetapi berasal dari Edmond, Oklahoma. Greyson merupakan anak ke-tiga dari Scott dan Lisa Chance. Greyson memiliki dua saudara yang bernama Tanner dan Alexa. Mereka juga pandai dalam memainkan alat musik.

Vidio "Paparazzi"- by Lady Gaga berhasil dicover oleh Greyson dan menjadi viral sehingga membuat nama Greyson Chance terkenal~
Karena vidio paparazzi yang dicover olehnya viral, dia pernah diundang disalah satu acara stasiun TV di Indonesia, The Hitz nama acaranya. Dia juga menyempatkan mempromosikan albumnya yang berjudul "Hold on Till the Night" yang dirilis bulan Agustus 2011.
